Sitting here in disbelief that this shoot took place around this time last year and whilst it would be an utter cliche to say that it feels as if time has just flown by, it truly does!

Lambert’s Castle is one of my favourite walks and is literally just on our doorstep.  I love how we’re so spoilt for choice being on the border of Dorset & Somerset and also having Devon’s beautiful countryside locations to choose from too.  Just minutes drive from the beach and the nearby forrests, I truly feel so lucky that I’m never stuck for locations for my family sessions.

The Saines family were so lovely and I truly did enjoy documenting their family’s beautiful dynamic.  Being a boymom myself, I could truly relate to the energy, love and craziness that inevitably comes from a blush of boys.  It also made it quite easy to look for those special connections between them as naturally, they each have their own unique bond with each other. This is something that is true of my boys too yet it was really special to witness this with an outside perspective.

Thank you so much for choosing me to document these special, fleeting moments for you and I do hope that our paths may cross again in the not too distant future where we can do it all over again.
